Nature of Problem:Realtek HD Driver Instllation failure

With downloaded as well as Download CD it says"Realtek HD Driver Instllation failure"
SOLUTION
- Realtek has a known conflict with the Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio. You will need to find it in Device Manager and remove it before you install the Realtek HD driver.
If you still have a problem you may want to try restarting the computer in Safe Mode (to make sure everything non-essential, like virus-ware, etc., is shut off) and then install the driver. - realtek audio driver is available in various versions . like HD audio , pci , simple bridge etc first of all identify ur configuration of realtek chipset in the mother boad by going to the mother boards comapny website nad downlaod suitable drivers
